WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Yes, we always send a confirmation email as soon as the payment is received and the order is confirmed. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes check your spam folder. If you still can't find it contact us and we can check whether your order has been received. Our confirmation emails come from Greta's Farm Shop.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately we cannot add to existing orders but you can place a new order. Please note all orders must be received by 12 noon on Friday for delivery during the following three days. Any orders received after this time will be delivered the week after.

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO THE ITEMS I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY VEG BOX?

Unfortunately you cannot request particular items. The fruit and veg producers will provide the best British products in season for a set price per box.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME OF MY ORDER?

If you email us at gretasfarmshop@gmail.com we will try our best to accommodate you but it may not always be possible depending on our stock and delivery routes.  

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell you must please be home for your selected delivery time. We cannot leave products outside the front door.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Unfortunately, perishable food cannot be returned. When you buy from Greta's Farm Shop we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please email gretasfarmshop@gmail.com and detail the problem and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

I HAVE SERIOUS ALLERGIES, CAN I ORDER FROM GRETA'S FARM SHOP?

Please note all products sold could contain trace elements of  nuts, sesame and other allergens.

COVID-19 FAQ

DO YOU DELIVER TO SELF-ISOLATING CUSTOMERS OR THOSE CLINICALLY SHIELDING OR DEEMED VULNERABLE TO COVID-19?

Yes we do. Please ensure to state in your "special instructions" for each order if you are self-isolating so the driver is aware in advance. We can ring the door bell and leave products at the front door for a contactless-delivery.

CAN I USE YOUR SERVICE TO DONATE TO SOMEONE IN NEED/NHS WORKERS?

Of course! Place the order online as normal just make sure to input the correct contact and address details when you checkout, including a mobile contact number for whoever will be receiving the order.
