250g of beef used for every 100g of biltong, salt, Spices (coriander,  black Pepper) distilled spirit vinegar, Caster Sugar. Flavourings ( Contains yeast extract, Salt, maltodextrin, caramelised sugar,  sunflower oil)  flavourings (process flavourings, natural flavourings) Preservatives; potassium sorbate.
