This bar of lightly roasted dark chocolate is a celebration of its namesake, the Peruvian cacao bean. The chocolate is stone ground in small batches with Palmyra tree blossom and then aged for up to 6 weeks to develop its unique flavour. The result is a complex and intoxicating chocolate experience that pairs beautifully with black coffee or a good glass of red wine.
