This amazing plant-based cheese can be torn onto a salad, or served with soup like a crème fraîche. It can be stirred into a béchamel sauce, or whipped up with chocolate for a delicious fermented chocolate pudding. One of our favourite ways to eat it is grilled in a mushroom toastie with kale and truffle oil.
Our cheese is made using cashews and macadamia nuts, and is therefore not suitable for those with a nut allergy. We also use coconut oil.
None of our recipes contain soy or gluten and our kitchen handles no gluten, but we are not certified gluten-fee. All of our ingredients are listed on our labels with allergens highlighted in bold.
Macadamia White has a 4 month shelf life as long as it is kept refrigerated. Once opened, it can last for up to 2 months; We don’t use any artificial preservatives in our cheese and the result is a natural product. Its longevity comes from the fermentation process and the delicious blend of organic oil.
